Sisters Night In Wendover!!

Last Saturday my sister and I had the best night ever!! The day started when we met up with some friends for lunch. It was so great to catch up with them and see how much has changed in the time we've been apart. Its so crazy how things change so fast. After lunch we drove to my work in Orem and had the funniest "freeway" experience ever :) lol

And then the real fun began. . . Ever since I was a little girl I remember my mom and her friends getting all dolled up to go to Sawyer Brown concerts and my sister and I would just sit there and wait till the day we could be old enough to finally go with them. To this day they still go all over the United States following these guys and we still just wait for our turn to get to go with them. So this time we did what any good daughter would do. Mom had to go to Dad's company Christmas party, where she won the "best dressed" award :) lol. . . . Love ya Mom. . . and Mary's youngest son was getting married that day. So we filled the car with gas and headed for Wendover!!!

When we got there we met up with our friends, that we actually met a couple years before right there in Wendover, Janae and Brent. They are so much fun to hang out with and they helped make our night even that much more fun!!

Mom was super sad she didn't get to go and her only request was a picture of her two girls with Joe and Shane. Which I had no problem doing that for her. Specially with Shane :)

Moms other request was that they DON'T play a christmas song. But it was a concert in December and they were getting ready to do Christmas concerts laster that month so they gave us a little teaser. We made sure to call mom so she could listen to them. I think we made her night a little better.

After the concert we sat with Joe and talked and laughed and had the best entertainment no money could buy! It was really one of the best nights. I love hanging out with my sister. She is my best friend. We don't get to do much together with her busy life with her husband, kids, and job. And with me always working our time together is limited so I really cherish our times together alot. Im looking forward to our next crazy adventure!! Thanks Bri. . . Love you!!
